Passing Piranhas is a Lassi style Gose absolutely loaded with Raspberry and Blackberry! We have added just enough salt to give it that authentic character but also lactose for the tropical yoghurt-y mouthfeel.

Dark purplish red, with little to no foam. Smells fruity, blackberry. Thick, low carbonation, smooth. So much fruit, lots of lactose, little bit of salt, nicely sour. Halfway between North TFG and Omnipollo pancake gose. Crazy delicious. Not really beer.

Keg @ Coracle, Ironbridge. Pours a deep ribena purple, taste is rich ribena berry, fairly tart with a gentle sour edge. Pretty good.
