Imperial stout with added sour blackberries and cocoa nibs. A complex blend of tart fruit and rich chocolate flavours. Not for the faint hearted.

Can that I picked up from Beer Gonzo (I think), Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home Attenkirchen, Friday 8th November 2019 whilst cooking a sort of curry. Pours black with a light beige head. Fruit with the blackberry hit giving a nice tang and diffusing the sweetness of this big Impy Stout. Chocolate and berries combine well, it's a good beer.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May '19. Thanks Mike for bringing this. Equal blackberry and chocolate coming through in the aroma. Taste is smooth, deep chocolate and a sharp berry hit, thick body. Decent.

26th May 2019, Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting in Chez Sophie. Four other guys to share with. 440ml can: BB 1st Nov 2020. Black pour, wispy tanned head. Semi-tart with dark berries to the fore in the nose and taste. Didn't notice any chocolate notes.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; dark brown pour with a thin light tan head, aroma has dark fruits and liquorice, taste has dark fruits, some chocolate, not enough toast to balance this out.
