West Coast IPA w Burning Sky – Flora is a properly bitter West Coast-style IPA. Malts are Munich, Maris Otter, Wheat, Caramalt so the beer is an enticing pale orange colour. Hops are the classic three C’s – Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, plus a hefty whack of Lotus, a new variety from HopSteiner’s breeding program which is ridiculously fruity, lots of orangey citrus flavour and aroma

Keg @ Station. Pours unclear muddy gold, frothy white head. Taste presents gentle candy fruit, light bitterness, soft sweetness.. not really sure what i expected from this collab but perhaps something a bit more than a standard lightly sweet pale.

Tap. Stag’s Head, Sheffield. Medium haze, on a deep gold. Messy, lasting white head. Nose has candied peel. Citrus oil. Rose petal. Taste is moderate sweet, with a candied peel bitterness. Medium body. Fine, crisp carbonation. More candied peel and floral hop on the finish.
