On the Road is named after a 1950's book, based on travelling across America. 'There was nowhere to go but everywhere so just keep rolling under the stars'. We brewed this IPA using selected Chinook & Mosaic Hops to give layers of grapefruit, pine, and citrus. All the flavour of a mid-strength IPA, without the boozy kick. Keep exploring.

Keg at the beer merchants tap, Hackney. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice floral citrus, pear, peach, tarmac, bready grains. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, Nelson Sauvin hops, tarmac, white grape, dry pine, Palate is crisp, moderate carbonation, semi drying finish. Decent.

Keg @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Cloudy-hazy yellow with a small head. Has a small fizz to its tropical fruit taste and is much denser than expected for a brew that has a session texture. It's a pretty good beer.

Keg @ Station. Pours misty yellow, thin white ring atop. Fresh subdued stonefruit aroma. Taste present soft, mellow vermont fruits, light stonefruit.. actually quite refreshing to have a lighter, more sessionable NEIPA for once. Good stuff.
