This is our take on a historic style farmhouse beer from the south of Belgium that uses 80% Organic Pilsen malt and 20% malted rye malt and hopped with a generous portion of continental hops. We primary fermented with our house yeast/Brett blend and secondary for months with additional Brett and lactic acid bacteria. Spice from the rye and funky fruit from the Brett, this complex beer makes you wanna get up and dance!

Pale yellow colour with light haze and thin lacy head. There's obvious notes of leathery Brett. Fruity undertones. Tangy, bretty, yeasty finish.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Mash Beer Festival 2018", Barcelona (Spain). Clear yellow colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is funk, wild yeast, straw and barnyard. Taste is ripe fruits, candy, sharp citric and some barnyard. Slightly acidic finish. Next one please!

Sampled at swaff 2018. Thnx for sharing. Everyone ! Pours unclear blonde. Smell is mild herbal. Cucumber like. Taste is sharp. Bitter, dry. Thin body. High Carbo. Tad herbal. Not a fan.

F: big, white, good retention. C: yellow blonde, hazy. A: sour fruity, bit brett, woody, basement. T: fresh tangerine, bit peach, floral, bit like child candy sweet but not disturbing for me, refreshing, enjoyed, good one, medium body and carbonation, sample draft shared with RB crew @ Swafff! Brussels Craft Beer Festival – 1st. day.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2018. Golden, creamy white head. Nose is mellow brett, funky, hay,… S > T very bland papper, dull low watery taste with weak brett, bland, weak, paper heavy.
