An IPA to celebrate Mexico’s Day of the Dead, a lively blend of both old and new world hops gives you a fresh tangy aroma of citrus fruits and a pleasantly bittered palate. A beer that’s definitely full bodied

Cask @ Salopian. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma bears some soft peachy citrus fruit. Taste follows similar lines, with soft light exotics, pleasantly smooth and quite flavoursome with an alluring sweetness. Decent cask IPA.

Cask. Gravity dispense. 42nd Steel City Beer Festival. Clear gold. No head. Nose has banana. Pineapple. Orange pith and zest. Taste is sweet and light bitter. Medium body. Finish gets a bit floral and fruity. Ok, although a little sweet overall for my liking.
