Bottle sample at Billie’s. Igazabol az eleszto karakterisztikajan kivul olyan sok mindent nem adott, a pezsgos jelleget viszont tagadhatatlanul szepen hozta, meg a bubik is hasonloak voltak. Osszessegeben kellemes volt meg igy is.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di vinoso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è ambrato scarico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Il finale è lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano note di miele, frutta secca, vino bianco e zuccherino.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy orange red beer. Aroma of blackcurrant and tart fruits. Taste of tarr red fruits, blackcurrant.

Cloudy red brown beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, soapy impression, sweet, caramel malts, bit fruity, decent stuff! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, berries, bit sweet, funky, sugary touch, blackberries, sweet malts. Aftertaste: sugary, berries, decent one!

Bottle. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel spicy aroma. Fruity malty spicy woody caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy woody caramel finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange to light brown. Huge, off white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Sourish mash. Dry, fruity and citric. Dry, estery and slight herbal finish.

375ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours a deep, burnished orangey amber, large off-white head. Aroma of light berries. Fine spritz on the palate, with very faint blackcurrants in the taste. Has a certain refined elegance about it, but you find yourself searching for more fruit, more of a captivating sweetness.
