Beer #134. Now Thats What I Call Hops series No12.
Pale blonde in appearance, the aroma is light floral hops, with a medium bitter taste and a bitter, slightly dry finish.

3.9%. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Thin malts, light and dry, just a modest sweetness. Mallinsons soap. Light floralness and tangerine. Trace of lemon, Pithy bitter finish. It’s okay but after some good clean beers from Mallinsons we have reverted back to dry pithy somewhat soapy affairs. Sigh!

Cask @ Shrewsbury Beer Festival 2016. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma is floral hoppy. Taste is brash bitter hops, a bit odd.

Cask @ Brink, Manchester. No longer retired, now at 3.8%. It’s clear golden with a creamy head. Lightly hopped in character, it has a mild maltiness in its nose. Easy-drinking and sessionable.
