500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, May 16, courtesy of Simon. Many thanks for bringing this downright bizarre beer. Pours mucky greyish brown. Aroma of fresh silage. Taste is blue cheese, salt and overly cheesy Cheese & Onion crisps. More salt, more blue cheese and a little sweat. This really is something else. As I generally can’t stand sweaty cheese I couldn’t stomach more than a few sips.

Bottle picked up at Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham. Consumed at home Tuesday 10th November 2015. Pours murky dark brown sort of a mucky puddly colour. The deScription is quite accurate, I certainly get the tart and tangy fruity flavours and the salt sits quite nicely throughout but particularly on the finish. The nose is fruity a little stewed fruit, but not sweet. Tangy fruit skins on the aftertaste a touch sour but actually possibly more tart than sour. Good beer, really pleasant stuff A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.6
