Bottle from Three Counties Cider Shop, Ledbury, Herefordshire consumed at home Friday 10th June 2016 in the company of Lynn, Barry, Nick, Nellie and Julie. Not entirely sure if this should be a new version really as the latest version is 6% and the main apple varieties are Dabinett and Yarlington Mill, also unlike Matts bottle this certainly wasn’t Wotsit orange (great description btw, I can instantly visualise it). Golden in colour, a little hazy, with a dirty silvery sheen, soft in the mouth med/sweet, tangy but lacks a distinctive bite, fruity. Good but not great. A7 A3 T6 P4 Ov13 3.3

75cl bottle from Butford Organics Farm, Herefordshire. Drunk in the garden. Not sure if I should be worried that the last rating here was back in 2009. This pours a Wotsits orange, completely flat with a musky, sweet, mushy apple nose. Taste is luscious apple tart & overripe apple with no discernible tang. Smooth and delectable blend and very moreish. Definitely deserving of a more sophisticated and sleek bottle design.
