Golden coloured lager with a head as white as snow. This beer has complex malt and hop flower aromas. It is full-bodied and the aftertaste is smooth and malty with a touch of sulphur. The noble hops used in this beer bring about a sharp but delicate bitterness.

Floral hops, and bready/biscuit aroma, with some grainy, grassy notes. A nice balanced lager.

Tasting glass draft @ Gollem. Clear golden, creamy white head. Nose is bland cow fodder, stale, cat urine. Taste is bland stale grainy cow fodder, old grape,.. Empty stale cow fodder, didn’t get it, score is very high on here, old maybe?

12 oz. bottle, clear gold with no head. Aroma is leafy green Saaz? Grain, weak traces of honey.
Grain bill is high with a grassy, floral hop bitterness. Light earthy tones. Light body with a dry texture.
Overall this is right alone the lines of exactly what it should be. Easy to drink, with a lingering spicy bitterness. Lager drinker will like this a good deal.

golden orange appearance. interesting woody pine, caramel and cheap candy nose. Straw honey and lavender taste. it’s not bad but the bitterness really wears on you.

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur orangée pâle, peu de mousse blanche laissant un anneau sur les parrois du verre. Arôme de malt, citron, levure et miel. Goût de citron, de malt, légère amertume, miel en arrière-goût. Carbonation élevée, corps moyen.

On tap at Dieu du Ciel, pours a crystal clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma of grassy hops and biscuity malts - not a whole lot on the nose. Flavour of dry grassy hops and straw-like biscuity malts to back, though the hops shine more. Unobtrusive on the palate, but with a pleasantly hoppy bite on the finish. Solid pils.

Pours a crystal clear deep golden color with a smallish white head that slowly dissipates but leaves some spotty lace on the way down. Smells of earthy with a hint of fruit, floral with a hint of wet dog. It honestly smells a bit too fruity. The flavor is bready and malty up front but soon cut with spicy floral and fruity hops. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet almost sticky mouthfeel. Not a bad beer, but the sample I had was either older or this beer is a bit too sweet for me.

Aromas: Almost not perceptible. A bit of floral hop and malt, that’s it. Appearance: Clear and pale gold. head is average but long lasting. Flavors: Hoppy with very slight floral accents. Palate: Hop is persistent through out. Round Texture. Well balanced. A fair lager. Nothing extraordinary but just OK. Very under the standards of Dieu du Ciel. Même les plus grands joueurs peuvent connaitre des matchs ordinaires!!!
