330ml bottle from Pips Cider. Deep amber colour, off white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of funky apple, pulpy. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, tangy, with woody tannic notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Llandrindod Wells Beer & Food festival May 2014. Pours golden orange with a light sparkle. Deep overripe apples shine through with a moderate sweetness and slight whisper of tannins. Not my pick of the bunch but clean and enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle from Hereford Farmers Market following the cancellation of Hereford ’Beer on the Wye, Beer Festival’, Hereford Rowing Club, Herefordshire Saturday 7th July 2012 consumed at home Sunday 8th July 2012 Pours the colour of Irn Bru® real rusty orange, plenty of busy carbonation, great clarity. Nice sweetness but also good tart tang, drying towards the end. Wonderful appleyness, little furry, good stuff, really nice cider, sweet but not too sweet, great blended cider. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9
