BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. 6.8%. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is apple, straw, funky, some citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draft @ Llandrindod Wells Beer & Food Festival May 2014. Pours a wotsits orange with a light natural sparkle. Tastes appears more Dry than Medium (as labelled). Thereโs a rawness here but more manageable than other Seidr O Sir ciders, with a tannic pinch and rustic funk. Not bad.

Plastic barrel at 1st K&ES Railway BF 2009. Hazy orange gold. Really good tannic aggressive tasty cider. Itโs good, bit of cheese, really aggressive on the gums. Very tasty dry cider and I was recommending this to anyone who would listen.
