375ml wired cork bottle from beergb. 2018 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity pear, floral, fleshy, with some mucky funk. Taste is juicy pear, fruity, some pear skin & pip, tartness, funk and woody tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity pear finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from Ludlow Food Festival. Very cool and refreshing perry with a welcome dry sharpness on the palette. Very enjoyable on a summer evening.

On gravity at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival, Cardiff 16/6/2011. Golden coloured with a slight tinge of green. dryish aroma of pear skins and cores, with a touch of wood. Tartish juice in the flavour, with some sweetness in the finish. Good.
