750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with some white head. Nose is nice green apple, cheese cloth, stinky/funky cheese, a little ammonium, peppercorns too, perfume. Lots happening. Flavor has malt, honey, green peppercorn, green apples, lemon, cheese cloth, plenty of tart Riesling. Finishes tart with some pepper too. Very cool.

Bottle split at Parch, big thanks to the Wingman, 14/06/19. Hazed yellow golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is mellow funk, grass, dusty apple skin, grains, lemon rind. Taste comprises light apple tang, grass, funk, mellow barnyard esters, light yeast load, lemon tinged straw. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Solid flavoursome saison.

Bottle shared at partizan thanks to Wingman Dave for this one. An attractive golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma Is nice authentic saison, dupont yeast, salty, cheese, green apple, wheat, funky, yogurt, funky grape. Flavour is composed of gooseberry, white grape, dirty spicy, doughy wheat,. Lovely saison yeast.. Absolutely grate.

Partizan. Bottleshare. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour. Light palate, semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Light floral funk, a little apple cider thang. Floral citrus. Little yellow grapefruit, tangy grapefruit, mild pink grapefruit. Tangy finish. Yeah - amazingly for a 'sour' beer, this lives up to the hype.

Bottle from Park Fever, Hither Green. Cloudy yellow pour with a swiftly dissipating white head. Nose of green apple,light funk, melon. Flavours of pink grapefruit, more melon, baked apple, light sweet spice. Very satisfying brew.
