Intense sweet malty with layers of caramel and toffee like sweetness, some dried fruit shred and spices, lovely mouthfeel and body and coalescence of brandy, cognac and bourbon laced barrel action into the malty lingering close. Glorious.

Dark brown with of white head - Dark malt and wood barrel aroma - Dark malt body with wood barrel flavours and some dark fruity tones as well - Malt with wood barrel and fruity tones goes into the finish - This was real good

VSOP cognac and brandy go far, some heat to this but in a nice way, but the dominate flavors are definitely those two barrels, dried fruit and hints of licorice and cloves.

500 ml bottle shared by tfontana, thank you! Aroma is grapey brandy, leather hints, mild bourbon. Flavor is malty with notes of toffee, oak, grapes, dark fruit and soft bourbon finish. Leans on the sweet side but delicious!!

Bottle pour from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. Cloudy, dark brown with nice viscosity, thin cap of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong caramel, brandy, mild bourbon. Taste is strong caramel, brandy, cognac. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Delivers as advertised.

Thanks Tom batch 3, aroma is dark fruit, toffee, barrel. Taste is awesome, light bourbon up front followed by grape and sweet cognac.

Tap @MBCC2023, Blue Session. Very dark brown, beige head. Bourbon and rich malt aroma. Sweet flavour, rich malty, bourbon barrel. Good balance, nice warmth.

Ratebeer Odense Tasting Old Lambic and more. Complex vineous aroma with chocolate, liquorice, plums and dark dried fruit. Sweet, dark malty flavour with chocolate, dried fruit and a nutty touch.
