Back in 2018, we were lucky enough to brew stateside with Jesse and the Interboro team. We thought their alpine lager was delicious, so this side of the pond we teamed up to produce the first lager to come out of Burnt Mill. A simple malt bill of Pilsner malt with Saaz and Bobek in the whirlpool keep things floral, clean, crisp and refreshing.

440ml can from Cotteridge Wines. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty cardboard, light lemon lime citrus hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, light juicy, mineral, dry, light floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter bitter. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can delivered to me by my beer scouts in London. Smells of soft chalk and burlap, has good foam on a clear yellow body. Flavour is unique sweet gain with a full finish. A unique lager, drinkable.

Can. Almost clear paleish gold beer. small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Tangy pale malts. Minerally tang and a lager twang. Modest lemony citrus and floral hop. Light finish shows a little bready malts. Not bad but just a bit too much tang.
