RB backlog. Strawberry, wheat, cider, slightly woody and earthy. Medium sweetness starts off a journey through different layers of tart- and sourness that end in an impressive, sour and fruity finish, with a sharp underlying woody note.

Red, hazy body, with a small, slightly pink head.
Aroma with lots of jammy, sweet-sour-earthy raspberries, citrus, some vinegar.
Tastes quite similar, with more vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes acidic, medium dry, citric, a bit sweet, with vinegar, lingering sour, jammy raspberries.

Very nice. Quite on the acidic side, while with lovely, jammy raspberries throughout. Drinks really fresh and elegant.

BB 19.09.2023. redish color, almost no head. smells of raspberries, earthy, bit lactic, light tomato juice, spices, peppery, nice smell overall. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of raspberries, earthy, spices, peppery, rather sour with vinegar and lactic notes, grass. finishes rather dry and rather vinegarish sour with notes of raspberries, earthy and grassy notes. pretty nice one, but very sour, not that great to drink.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pink. Aroma is strong raspberry, Brett, almost a concentrate. Body is light and mostly carbonation, basically a bubbly raspberry syrup for adults. Some sweetness, but mostly fruity. A bit one dimensional. Good, but not the best Framboise I've had.

Tap. Slightly unclear purple color with pinkish head. Aroma is frozen raspberries, jammy, a touch wood, but not much. Taste is raspberries, jammy, a bit mineralic. Dry finish, refreshing. A very good one! Chapeau, À Tue-Tête, chapeau!

F: pink, not big, quick gone. C: dark shiny red, hazy. A: raspberries, sour fruity raspberries, bit woody. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2018. Bright pink red, pink head. Nose is nice yoghurt, lovely sour & massive low sour raspberry puree. Taste is nice fizzy puckering raspberry, massive raspberry pits, low sour, fruit puree, low sour. Very nice, massive fruit.
