Bottle at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, mineral, earthy, light citrus. The flavour is grainy malt, yeasty, citrus, floral hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, herbs, citrus and fruity notes. Dragon fruit pretty much subdued by standard saison notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with above light carbonation.

Bottle 0.33l from Embargo, Phnom Penh. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- exotic fruit, flowery, spicy yeasty tones. FLAVOR- neutral, strong bitterness overhelming all other flavors, exotic fruit, malt, apple core and spicy yeast. Medium to fuller bodied. Bitter sediment was very bad for this one.
