Tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, mineral, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, light citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, yeast, light caramel and light herbs. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- candies, tropical fruit, citrusy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, fruity, tropical fruit, touch of biscuits. Medium bodied. Good.

Planke med 6 øl i hagen på Himawari, første dagen i Phnom Penh mars-19: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Urter, mørke karameller, våt barskog og med en urteaktig bitterhet i finishen. Halvtørr, minner om en god engelsk bitter. Sklir raskt ned i 38C og med flott utsikt til Mekong-floden!

Hazy golden. Aroma is caramel barley some fruit figs. Taste is sour fresh a bit grassy tart. Mealy mouthfeel.

On tap at Himawari, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, not much hop character. Flavour is laid back, with biscuity malt, not much else. Clean and restrained. Pretty boring. Meh.
