Tap at the brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light tropical citrus fruits, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, malt, fruity, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops, resinous hops and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, pale amber colored. AROMA- very fruity, tropical fruit, pale plum, candies, pine. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, fruity, herbal. Medium bodied. Not bad, again.

Planke med 6 øl i hagen på Himawari, første dagen i Phnom Penh mars-19: lett uklar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Urter, furunål og engelsk appelsinmarmelade. Tydelig bitterhet i avslutningen. Mersmak selv i 38C og med flott utsikt til Mekong-floden! Det er sannelig harde tider, kamerat!

Hazy amber. Aroma is peach (unripe and ripe) caramel some belgian type Funk. Taste is bitter oily hops. Rather easy to drink and no hops burn. Well made.

On tap at Himawari, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some butter and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with restrained piney hops, light butter and biscuity malt. Creamy, buttery mouthfeel. Unconvincing.

Süßlicher, gummiartig hopfiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil deutlich getreidig werdend, süffig, unspektakulär. 10/9/8/9//8
