lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, color giallo/arancio torbido, al naso aranciata leggero ananas ma verso la fine della lattina emerge prepotentemente l’albicocca, in bocca limonata leggero ananas e albicocca, carbonazione piatta, corpo leggero, amaro percettibile, acida. Can. Yellowish, hazy. Aroma: apricots, citrus and pineapple, exotic. Pineapple taste, sour, refreshing, not bad for summer.

Can from Valhalla Beer Club. Murky orange body, no head. Lacto and yeasty notes dominate the aroma, some mild juicy fruity undertones. Soft, lightly sweetish, lean taste, very mild tartness. Muddled fruity taste, neither apricot nor pineapple and not even lemon stand out. Some yeasty touches, lacto taste. Not too much lactose though, which is good. Not a great flavored sour, but a pretty okay one really.

Cloudy yellowish to light orange beer, small irregular aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, passion fruit, apricots and peaches, passion fruits, lactose (?). MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, bit watery, some tannins, nice acidity. Aftertaste: very fruity, bit watery, some tannins, nice acidity. Aftertaste: very fruity, peach puree, soft bitterness, dry, nice acidity, more fresh tropical fruit puree.
