Nice stuff! Berries citrus, soft but nice sourness and interesting too. Nice tartness. Bit tropical too. Not artificial feeling like some of these sours are. Good’un.

Can. A gift. Sort of. Looks like mango juice, with a bright white foam. Nose has very tart citrus. Orange pith. Tangy berry. A bit earthy and sweaty. Taste is tart and earthy, with some salinity. Smooth on the palate. Touch of acidity. Bright carbonation. Tangy and a little salty on the finish. Unusual and enjoyable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours murky orange with a bubbly white head that fades away immediately.
