Collaboration beer between the Dum, Dogma and Way Beer breweries, to celebrate the participation in Rate Beer Best. Jabutigose is a beer that stands out for the use of Sea Salt from the region of Mossoró, in addition to Jabuticaba, a Brazilian fruit. It is a sour, high acidity beer, perfect to harmonize with dishes with a high fat content.

Can. Pours slight hazy pink-peach, large fairly white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good residual and lacing. Aroma is sea air, sour mash, guava, fruity. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus salty, fruity. Light body, high carbonation. Pretty good in my opinion.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a huge pinkish head. Aroma is perfumed and somewhat citrusy. Dry, citric and smooth fruity. Mellow. Citrusy. Smooth fruity. Lingering sour and mild fruity finish.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Green Session. Leicht trübes orange goldenes Bier. Geruch ist leicht säuerlich, rote Beeren. Geschmack ist mild säuerlich fruchtig, Trauben, rote Früchte, toll.
