Paljas Rose is definitely recommended for fruit beer lovers. At the end of the brewing process, raspberry and extracts of apple and elderberry are added to the Paljas beer for further fermentation. This gives the beer its unique color and taste. This fresh and deliciously scented beer of high fermentation can be served with all kinds of dishes.

Red/dark orange pour with a lasting white head. Asromas of grain and rasberry jam. Taste is a lot of rasberry sweets, a bit of grain here and there. OK for a lemonad, but not much of a beer, tbh.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een troebel oranje rood bruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een fruitge geur. De smaak is fruitig, zoet en kunstmatig.

On tap in the Bier Paleis, Brugge on Monday, 3rd Feb 2020. Pink body, light pink head. It's very, very sweet and fruity, not anything I could recommend.

25cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop (obviously I skip this in BAB in Bruges). F: huge, off-white with pink hue, long lasting. C: amber, hazy. A: a lot of artificial raspberries, raspberries sherbet powder as I know it from my childhood, apple juice touch. T: light malty base, artificial sweet raspberries, bit white sugar, medium to high carbonation, very old style beer, not enjoyed at all.

Sweet fruit beer, a wheat beer with raspberry and elderberry flavour, tasted at some beach pub in Knokke. Moussy, medium thick, stable, snow white head with pale pinkish tinge on a misty amberish hued orange-peach beer. Aroma of indeed sweet and artificial raspberry juice and elderberry syrup, bubblegum, candy floss, red lemonade and 'poepegatjes', apple juice, white sugar but hardly anything 'beery'. Very sweet onset, cloying with a ton of residual white sugar, red candy and artificial sweet fruit juice, grenadine, strong carbonation, slick body, grainy and a bit soapy, thinnish and simple with minerally side notes and an artificial, lemonade-like acidity flanking all the sugary sweetness; ends like red lemonade with sugar sticking to the teeth. An old school, simple and utterly sugary sweet fruit beer, I thought this type of beers were long past their commercial prime but alas. To be avoided.

Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Amber orange, white head. Nose is massive grenadine, chemical, raspberry chemicals, rubbish,… Painfully sweet chemical raspberry, sugar, grenadine all the way, body is the same,… Massively sweet, didn’t expect this from these guys.
