Paljas Rose is definitely recommended for fruit beer lovers. At the end of the brewing process, raspberry and extracts of apple and elderberry are added to the Paljas beer for further fermentation. This gives the beer its unique color and taste. This fresh and deliciously scented beer of high fermentation can be served with all kinds of dishes.

Clear pinkish orange peach coloured beer, small irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grenadine, very artificial, candy flavourings, bah. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sugary, all grenadine, candy, bah, way too sweet and artificial!
