Couleur pâle dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet plus léger en agrumes que celui de la clémentine qui était tout bonnement divin. Retrouve ici un fruité orange plus mitigé - peut être effet de ne pas avoir utilisé la peau ? retrouve plus un côté pulpe, petite note de funk qui perce en rétro.
Palais est sur une effervescence haute - retrouve un fruité orange délicat qui se combine bien avec le caractère un peu plus acidulé des lambics qui vient titiller le fond de la gorge. La combinaison de lambic/acidité avec l'orange fait pencher le tout vers un effet presque orange sanguine de par son acidité.

Pretty cloudy bright yellow to light orange beer, white creamy head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very fruity, floral, some honey and even marzipan. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, lemony, citric acid, bitter touch, fruity, some orange peel, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: very acidic, citric acid, tangerines, very dry, spicy, vanilla notes, acid burning the back of the throat.
