On tap at l'Ermitage Saint-Gilles. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Very floral yeast on the nose, grainy malts. Flavour a very weird floral character, something going on with the yeast I think. Malts are pretty grainy. Something about this seems off.

Clear golden pour with a large white head. Aromas of malt/grain, yeast, hint of mirabelles. Taste is grain, sweet bread/brioche, peach, mirabelles, dried cherries, some herbs for a decent bitter finish. Liked it, but could have slightly more oomph given the ABV.

Bottle shared by TdeRoeck. Clear pale golden color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, peppery, herbal / spices. Flavor is similar, mostly underlying grainy malty, hayish grainy bitter with a distant slight fruity note. Hmm okay.

8/II/25 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared with Benzai @ home, BB: 20/IX/23 (oops!) (2025-120)
Clear dark blond to light orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, a bit oxidized, honey, banana, a bit chemical, some fusel alcohols, a bit weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of honey, a little bitter, sweet, sugary, alcohol, ripe fruits. Aftertaste: sweet and sugary, alcohol, yeast, a bit spicy, oxidized, more honey, ripe banana, malty finish.

On tap at L'Ermitage, Brussels. Had this Saturday 6th April 2024. Pours clear gold with a large white head, a little sweet, some cereal and malty, not a great deal of depth but it's fine enough.
