04/02/2018 - small glass shared with tderoeck, 77ships and rubin77 @BAB, Bruges. Hazy golden with some bubbles on it. Sweet malty, some spice, fruits, no barrel. Mediocre for a BA

F: almost only some bubbles. C: gold, light hazy. A: malty, some orange, fruity, peach, bit floral, banana. T: sweet alcoholic malty, light mellow fruity, bit peach, dusty, almost no oak feeling, candy sugar, very simple yet enjoyed. Sample shared with tderoeck, 77ships and Bierridder_S @ Bruges Beer Festival 2018.

Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled draft @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Aged on pure oak if I got that right. Pale golden, low hazy, little white bubbles. Nose is bland banana soap, sugar, BE soap,… Empty dull BE soap, banana, candy pineapple, candy sweet boozy bland sugar BE blond, hollow bodied, sugar. I got no oak, quite disappointing.

4/II/18 - sample @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2018-109) Thanks to 77ships, Rubin77 and Bierridder_S for sharing today's beers!

Clear blond beer, small aery irregular white head, dissipates quickly. Aroma: sweet impression, lots of banana, sugary, yeasty, where's the barrel in this one? MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: yeasty, banana, pretty sweet, metallic, messy. Aftertaste: yeast, banana, sweetish, unpleasant bitterness, a bad beer to age in barrels.
