„Řekl bych královna mezi pivy. Uvařit dobrou dvanáctku, to je malá maturita pro každého sládka. Cílem Brněnské 12 není udivit ani překvapit, jen potěšit. Podobně jako ostatní naše piva je vařena s láskou a řemeslným umem, bez následné filtrace a pasterizace. Specifickou chuť získává díky vyššímu obsahu bílkovin a polyfenolů (přírodních látek ze sladu a chmele), kvůli nimž muže být při podchlazení zakalená. Díky výraznějšímu podílu neprokvašeného extraktu, který dodává pivu vyšší plnost (chlebnatost) a pivovarským kvasinkám, dodávajícím tělu tolik potřebné vitamíny a minerály, je Brněnská 12 hustá tak akorát, aby se dala ‚kousat’.“

750ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Grass, grain and some hints of honey in the aroma. Bready taste with subtle yet noticeable tartness and hints of grass and honey.

Bottle, courtesy of JFK10000. Shared with him, Miro and Miro B. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Weird aroma, malty, nice bitter finish. Light to medium bodied.

Ein feines, uriges Zwölfgrädiges, das auf der einen Seite mit seinen natürlichen unverfälschten Brot- und Getreidenoten erfreut, andererseits aber auch etwas wirr ist. Da es mir als ehrliches Bauernbier aber sympathisch ist und auch die enorme Süffigkeit erfreute, gefiel mir das Bier recht gut. Sollte man auf jeden Fall probieren.

Tap at Charlie's Square. Murky golden body, off white head. Eggy-yeasty-funky aroma, my my, aren't we rustic, vaaaguely tart seeming at times too. Bit of soft maltiness tho. Soft taste, soft grainy touch, vaaague citric-herbal hoppy... Almost afterthought more than a touch. Yeasty notes. Fairly clean otherwise though. No bitterness. I mean... okay but not more... or a queen among beers.

Cloudy golden pour with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Mellow carbonation level and an ok bitterness. Malty, wort and herbal flavor. Fine easy drinkable beer.

Bottle from Pivotéka More Piva. Czech brewery no.78 Good recovery beer after yesterday's beer session. It was challenging. Solid malty backbone topped with medium bitterness. Good, serves the purpose.
