La Bonnette Triple est une Triple Belge. Sa robe est dorée légèrement cuivrée. Sa mousse est fine et moyennement persistante. Son nez est marqué principalement par le malt, avec une note de caramel et de fruits. Sur le palais, l’équilibre et la douceur dominent puis révèlent un caractère et des arômes très riches. La bière idéale pour tous ceux qui veulent du goût ! (Couleur: 13 EBC).

@ Chez Marcel, Arras. Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Soft carbonation. Rather sweet, some orange peel, coriander.

Bière 33 cl ramenée d'un week-end à Boulogne. Nez sur l'alcool, les céréales. En bouche, douce et ronde, pas de signe franchement distinctif. Une triple assez classique.

Bottled at TEJA tasting. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity nose with grapes and grass. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough and butter, fruity with sweet grapes. Low bitterness. Butter lingers.

Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, lots of overripe banana, some caramel, malty, floral, some vanilla, yeast touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, way too sweet! Yeast, malty, some caramel, sugary, Aftertaste: lots of banana, too sweet, sugary, bit malty, some caramel. Not balanced at all, way too sweet.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour lasting ivory head. Some triple style fruit. Candied fruit. Yes some sweetness. Light hop. Yes a bit too sweet maybe. Some tangerine. OK.
