Aroma: Sweet fruits with rum and oak. Flavour: Fruity sweet with dried fruits, caramel and rum with spices. aftertaste is fruity sweet with spices. Colour: Amber with an offwhite head. 24/2-2018

2017 vintage Smell- medium strong, caramel, malt, rum, alcohol, sweetness, nice. Foam- caramel, malt, sweetness, alcohol, rum. Head is small brown-white dirty white color. Appearance- brewery bottle cap, simple bottle label, but borderline appealing. Hazy orange, brown amber with sediment in. From- snifter Taste - caramel, malt, sweetness, alcohol, rum. Very tasty and alcoholic.More, please.

Dark amber beer, small head. Aroma is rum, barrel, malt, fruit, raisins, taste is the same, sweet, light bitter, alcohol. Long aftertaste. Nice

Bottled, from Hopt. Cloudy amber, small head. Aroma of caramel and coconut. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and coconut, some rhum. Peppery warming finish.

Bottle, 330 ml courtesy of Branko and Bubi. Shared with JFK10000 and Max. Brown with off white head. Malty, some dried fruit, caramel, very thin for abv and style. Sweetish. Some plastic in aroma at first.

Bottle. Fogged deep amber. Small but well-lacing head. Nose: robust malts, rhum, barrel notes, nuts, fruity notes. Medium to full body. Taste: sweetish, drier as expected, malty. Caramel, rhum cake, tannins, moderate booze, light bitterness. Tasty enough.

Fra flaske på RBHD-samling på Bjørnøy, juni-18: lett uklar kobber med fint skum som varer. Rosiner, sviskeplommer, vanilje, Bounty sjokolade, litt citrus og karamell/knekk. Harmonisk og farlig lettdrikkelig til en barley wine å være.

Shared 330 ml bottle. Orange to brown cloudy colour, off-white head. Aroma of malts, hints of oak, dust and rum. The flavour has a slight sweetness, with the same elements. Moderate hops.
