28 April 2019. At Zythos Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, 77ships & tderoeck! Clear golden, unstable, thinning, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of juniper, yellow apple, banana, apricot, white bread, honey, vague cranberry. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet & sour, mixing yellow apple & banana with gooseberry & wheat, bready & honey malts for support, bitter touches of juniper, grass & wood. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, more wood & sour berries. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. I guessed it’s a different take on the regular Belgian Ale but it doesn’t necessarily excel at that.

28/IV/19 - sample @ Zythos Bierfestival 2019 (Leuven), BB: n/a - (2019-619) Thanks to nathanvc, 77ships & Anke for sharing today's beers!
Clear blond to gold beer, small to no head. Aroma: grapefruit, passion fruits, sweetish impression, more fruits, slightly hoppy touch, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: quite some vanilla up front, bit sourish, some fruity notes. Aftertaste: some citrus, fruity, bit lemony, acidic, some passion fruits. Weird mix of clashing flavours. Apparently it's a mix of a bunch of different beers, it shows...
