Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a little roasted bitterness but overall it's a sweet stout with milk and caramel notes.

27/II/19 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB:n/a - (2019-319)
Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: malty, little smoky, roasted, some campfire, malty, caramel touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: soft roast, bit sourish, caramel touch, some coffee, nice roast, sweetish, lactose probably. Aftertaste: more roast, little bitter, dark chocolate, bit sweet, hoppy touch, soft acidity.

8 February 2019. Black Friday @ Dok, Ghent. Cheers to Anke! Pours hazy black with a lasting, small, foamy, beige head; some lacing. Rather restrained aroma of mocha, milk chocolate, raisin, dried fig, toast, blackcurrant, plasticine. Taste is light malty sweet, some chocoolate & soy milk but actually more fruity with (dried) fig, blackcurrant & raisin; light roasted bitter middle carries 'bland' mocha, toast & coffee roast, slight nutty edge. Dryish, herbal hoppy finish, lingering toast & mocha, but ends quite quickly. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Disappointing, actually; correct but too weak in both aroma & taste to make an impact.
