A year after the launch of Bushy’s Gibraltar Barbary Beer in the colony, signs show that the brew - a partnership between the Manx brewers and the Gibraltarian Importers, Lewis Stagnetto, is proving highly popular with locals and visitors alike. Bushy’s boss Martin has recently fostered links, after an epic drive through France and Spain with wife, Debbie, with the Botanical gardens on the colony and they are growing hops for the next brew. It is believed that this coming brew will be the first ever beer to contain hops grown on Gibraltar.

Bottle at a tasting. Aroma repugnant, burnt caramel, really burnt, bad tobacco. Thin and moderately carbonated. Flavour in line with aroma. Really ungood. Bad. Hard to drink too.
