A "Gschpusi" is a lover, often also a relationship with which you are not really serious. This beer comes with a lovely floral note and makes a good first impression. It hides its strength behind a slim body and, if you are not careful and let yourself be fooled by it, you can experience to get the shock of your life.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is mild grains, noble hops. Taste is the same, with a light caramel flavour and some esters. Fairly bready finish. Quite chewy, natural carbonation. Not bad!

Big bottle. Clear deep golden, fine carbonation, offwhite cream. Grainy, somewhat juicy nose, light higher alcohols fermenting fruit. Medium body, light papery grainy base, clean sweetness, flowery, a hint fruitbasket, some noble hops in the finish. Pretty standard Maibock in the end.
