Where: Tasting 2021-07-24.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Wine, fruit, citric, vinegar, acidic, tart.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Acidic, fruit, tart, vinegar, wine.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Very funky nose, plenty of Acetobacter and Brett. Medium body, soft carbonation, mouthdryingly dry with a rough and somewhat moldy woody touch. Not bad but not really the most refined blonde Sour. 171219

Tap. Pours hazy golden. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruity, leõon, rhubarb, some sweetness. Overall: ok

Flaska från SB. Ljusgul/guldig, smådisig med vit krona. Citrus, ganska funkigt, jäst, persika, omogna äpplen, päron, druvor. Laktosyra och fat.

18/V/19 - on tap @ SWAFFF (Brussels), BB: n/a - (2019-753) Thanks to the Belgian Ratebeer crew and the Antwerp beer geeks for sharing today's beers!
Pretty cloudy bright orange beer, no head. Aroma: very funky, acidic, sulphur, dirty, passion fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very acidic start, passion fruit, bit lemony, fruity, some mango, pineapple, nice. Aftertaste: sourish, passion fruits, vinegar touch, decent, little too sourish, like it!
