(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 17 Oct 2019) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and green grapes. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, sour green grapes, green apples, barnyard and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing lambic. Nice one.

From cask at Moeder Lambic Original with JFE 05.10.19. Clear golden. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. ARoma and taste of brett, pilsner malt and tropical fruits. Good, complex and refreshing!

Imported from my RateBeer account as Den Herberg Jonge Lambiek (by Den Herberg):
Aroma: 7/10, Appearance: 4/5, Taste: 7/10, Palate: 3/5, Overall: 15/20, MyTotalScore: 3.6/5
5/V/19 - on tap @ Den Herberg, during Toer de Geuze, BB: n/a - (2019-674)
Clear bright orange beer (though some glasses were a bit cloudier and darker), small creamy irregular head, little stable. Aroma: citrus, fruity, some tannins, solvent, little chemical. MF: no carbon, medium
body. Taste: little bitter, fruity, some citrus notes, soft acidity. Aftertaste: more acidic, fruity, decent. Tasted promising, but their brett-strains could use a little more time to develop some depth and gather some character, maybe become more stable, because there was a big difference between the two different kegs (or bag-in-boxes).
