Tap at Birra +, Roma, Italy. Pours slightly pale gold, partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, a little tropical, herbal. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is average in intensity, still rather bitter.

Can at work, courtesy of the brewery. Te jó ég, 2016 telefonált és kéri vissza az IPA-ját, kurvajó, gyantás, kicsit gyümis, füves, magabiztos, de nem bántó keserűvel, és pofátlan balansszal. Bomba (de legalábbis egy jól sikerült főzet és nagyon jó állapotban lévő doboz)

Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato da luppolo e frutta tropicale. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, ananas e frutta tropicale.

Bottle. Mostly clear pour with small head. Aroma is fruity and crisp malt, grapefruit, mango, grape, melon, pine. Medium body. Flavour is malty, nice medium sweetness, clean malt profile with a bit of caramel. Light bitterness. Good fruit flavour of mango, grape, lime, and quite a bit of pine. Finishes bittersweet and fruity. Not quite as delicate as I would have expected but nice use of some Pacific hops in a rather punchy IPA. Good stuff.

Bottle. Blonde. Herbal, floral, citric aroma and flavor. Pineapple, ripe mango and ginger. Decent.

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Golden clear pour with a beautiful frothy cap. Nose: onion, root, resin. Mouth: frizzy carbo, oily hoppy palate, a bit resinous, sweet, peppery finish.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Gialla viva, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso note di frutta tropicale, melone bianco, ananas, cipolla. In bocca va meglio, mostrando un eccellente equilibrio, la chiusura amara è decisa ma non eccessiva. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Buona, peccato forse qualche lieve difetto al naso.
