Bottle courtesy of ClarkVV, thank you sir! Clear bright golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of stonefruit, tropical fruit, white wine, light tannins. Taste is vinous overripe stonefruit with light funk. Delicious.

750 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV, thank you! This aged gracefully like all HFS bottles. Aroma is white grape, oak, acid. The flavor follows with a nice tartness and crisp texture over the palate. Really great!

750mL bottled 2019 02 06, drunk 7/3/23. Clear golden-brass. White head to ring immediately. Pear-like ester and Brett with soft oak. Clean, hints of juicy white wine. Touch of vanilla and honey-like malt on the end. So crisp, bright and polished with absolutely no oxidation. Excellent acidity with even a small proportion of lactic and very high Brett. No acetic. Soft, malty, some random bitterness and light lactic notes with grape and long, but not too tannic oak. Vanilla and honey, juicy acidity. Quite clean with pepper and wine lingering alongside Brett.

Thanks for sharing Clarkvv. Lightly hazy light gold in color with a thin bubbly white head that quickly dissipates. Vinuous light bready maltiness with earthy funk and light lactic tartness. Light body nice brew

Sort of a dullish hazy blonde. Thin head. Bright aroma with lots of stone fruits, floral hops, barrel accents, melons. On the palate, good body, slight tartness, bright acidity, juicy stone fruits and pineapple. Complex. A bit honeyish. So much going on here, but everything is in excellent balance.

750ml (thx, Eric D.!) @ Phill's. Appearance: cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma: fruity, wheat, some bugs, barrel. Taste: along the same lines, lots of bugs, some dry hops, smooth lemon peels, some ascorbic notes in aftertaste. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is quite complex, with lots of bugs, rustic saison yeast, plenty of oak, and a little citrus. Flavour is very buggy, with lots of wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, light citrus, and some floral dry hopping. There's a nice vinous character to it all that has low tannins and fairly low level tartness. Very nice blend. Excellent.
