Aroma begins with a smoke which brings the motives of chocolate, cocoa and dark fruit. The taste combines easy sweetness of prunes, cocoa and smoked notes of burned spill. In dry aftertaste all this finds final balance and harmony.

0,33l bottle at home. Bottled 24.10.2017. BB 24.10.2022. black color, very small coffee colored head. smells toasted, nutty, light spices, cinnamon, bit earthy, bit more on the sweet side, cocoa, chocolate. very nice smell. full body, almost no carbonation, oily mouthfeel. tastes earthy, ashy, charcoal, leathery, spices, hints of veggies, bit oxidized, bitter chocolate, light cocoa. finishes light to medium dry with notes of ash, spices and light veggies. Loved the smell, taste is a bit weird with light off notes. Overall still rather drinkable.

Tasting glass draft @ Beerlovers Bar. Black, solid dark mocha head. Nose is weird soy sauce, vegetable, herbal, low sweet. Taste is bitter roast, herbal, basic herbs, roast, vegetable soy sauce, gravy, bitter plastic, umami, bitter strange soy sauce,… Body is soy sauce. Way too much of this umami / soy sauce profile for me.

Draught . Rated here, but ABV given in the pub of sampling is only 7.2%! Disappearing tan head over black beer. Very roasted/burnt. Old Spice , green dark leaves, roasted coffee. More roast with coffee and (lots of) chocolate. Finish is metal slug. No stout acidity. Dried dark fruit, with the sugar all but removed. Quite well bodied, very slick & viscous. Faint alcoholwarming. Decentif unspectacular RIS. But really Russian, at that... 7/4/7/4/15

Pourd nearly balck trough a reddish brown. Smell is dry, plastic, very roasty. Taste is sharp, metallic, some minor smoke notes, bitter, very burnt malts, high in intensity on the later, medium high overall. Medium thick to thick mf, medium low carbo. Certainly not bad, but rhey should get rid of the mild plastic and metallic notes. And the smoke, according to my personal taste only for the latter. Ok overall but has potential.
