Founded by fourth-generation hop growers, this truly farm-to-glass brewery crafted a brand-new IPA to celebrate the 9th Annual Seattle Beer Week. A big hop aroma on a clean Pilsner malt base perfectly showcases a few of the newest and most exciting hop varieties off their family’s hop farm.
Whirlpool additions of Simcoe® and Mosaic® add depth to the nose generated from a post-fermentation charge of Ekuanot™, Loral™, and the still-experimental HBC 630. From the fields of the Yakima Valley to the streets of Seattle, Fresh off the Farm IPA delivers farm fresh flavor no matter where it’s poured.

Kind of surprised at this beer as the dates on the can say that it's not too old however I don't pick up much fresh hops I get mostly some musty grain and not much else. Flavor I do get a little hop some sweet pale malt Carbonic Tang nothing too outstanding good body Bittersweet finish

12oz can from Chris. Canned on 4/13/18. Poured into small tuliped pint glass. Head is medium and pretty atop a clear gold body. Just a really solid beer. A malt backbone with no sweetness but a white bread heft to a simple but wonderful hoppiness. It is a little green, lightly bitter and fresh with no hop off flavors. Why is it so hard to make a beer this simple and good?

12oz can thanks to Tyler Brown. Pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice tropical fruit hops some citrus orange and a nice sweet malt. Taste is more of the nice tropical fruit hops some orange juice sweetness and tangerine light bitterness.

Hazy golden orange with a white head. Full of grapefruit, orange, herbal, and some cracker malt. Simple grapefruit hop powered IPA. Solid.

Pours an amber from a can. Big grapefruit and citrus aroma, similar flavor with a nice light caramel backbone. Pretty good beer.

Can thanks to Matt. Consumed very quickly at first via the Chuck Jenkins AKA the shotgun method. It went down great. Big tropical notes, biscuit, light orange peel. Soft and mellow. Very good. It hurt me bad though...my fault.

12 oz can poured. Canned 4/11/17. Lighter golden pour with a moderate foam head that lasts. Official beer for Beer Week. If it’s like any other year, I’ll probably end up drinking about a dozen or so cans of this over the next few weeks. A cool piney hop constant here. Extremely refreshing. A soft juicy grapefruit background that matches the aroma. Citrus, grapefruit notes seem to grow in the late palate. Subtle creaminess, and sweetness, but it’s too a minimum. I need more of this. Really good stuff here. Excellent showcase of hops on this. It just keeps getting better and better. Love this beer.

12 oz can. 3 days old! Aroma is pungent grapefruit, some pine, lemon, latex, grain. Pours nearly clear golden with a medium off-white head with good retention and some lace. Taste is medium bitter with lots of citrusy flavors, some earthiness. Awesome. Nearly perfect for style for me.
