Pale amber, nice head. Bright biscuity malts and floral hops. Some alcohol in the finish, creamy mouthfeel, high quality pale malt, again a slightly floral hop. Very well balanced. Excellent.

Pint Can. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized white head and ample lacing. The aroma is strong with lots of piney hops and some sweetened pink grapefruit. The taste features more pine, caramel and some dank-musty papaya. palate is full and the carbonation soft. Finishes long with linger bitter pine. Overall: Ok, but it seemed a bit like an old DIPA that is past its prime. The "winter Ale" style is not clearly defined and this did nothing to clarify that.

Draft at Brewers Haven. Golden pour, normal head. Hefty body, bready malts, subdued but noticeable hops. Not strong, but definitely noticable. Smooth.

Dark orange clear pour with white head. Caramel and evergreen aroma. Flavour is malt forward with a hop skin and a lasting finish. A good old ale.

Pours a clear copper with light head. Aromas of candied oranges, toffee, pine, spice and sweet doughy malts. Flavors follow same with additional resiny pine and definite spruce.

7th day of 12 days of tavour. Juicy winter ale? When it's got a candy juiciness it makes sense I guess.

500ml bottle pours out a crisp amber topped with a sand head. Nose is big pine hops crisp rich caramel malt sweetness. Taste is more of the heavy pine hops and a nice malt balance. Man this is great. I was debating to drink this tonight wasn’t sure if I wanted some spice and all that. But nope bam hops ya.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a clear gold with an amber hue with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has sweet grains and caramel with a bit of a pine note coming through. Flavor has some pine up front but finish is sweet with some caramel and grains.
