Distinctive and refreshing seasonal beer. Distinctively brewed with roasted barley malt and malted wheat, giving the beer its light brown colour. Waterloo Récolte Hiver is easily drinkable, harmonious and well balanced. It has a slightly woody nose with surprising notes of cocoa, reminiscent of coffee. Mild and persistent on the palate, its excellent saturation enables it to stay effervescent and refreshing.

Tap @ Delirium Café, Brussels as Waterloo Recolt Dark. Slightly unclear brownish amber with a nice, lacing tan head. Mild fruity aroma with toast, brown sugar and some banana. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, toast, brown sugar, ripe fruit, banana and chewing gum. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Quite sweet but still refreshing. Fair enough.
