Marker pen, soy sauce, nice though. If perhaps a little underwhelming. Tobacco

On tap at Popeyes. Pours a pitch black color with a small beige head. A nice rich malty nose, smoke. The flavor is dark roast, some ashy chocolate base, a bit of sweetness. Pretty solid.

Lots of dark chocolate. Taste is bitter chocolate and some alcohol spicyness. Amarena sourness and sweetness. Long finish. Pleasant mouthfeel. Full body. Very nice.

On tap at Popeye’s. Pours dark brown with small tan to light brown head. Roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla, nuts, maybe a bit lactic. Medium bodied, quite light for the style but also easy drinkable.

Dark brown, no head. Roasty and slightly fruity. Medium body for style, fruity, hit of bitterness, light roast towards the finish. Light finish.

On tap at Popeye’s. First Strange Brewing beer I had. A deep brown/black with red highlights served in a massive snifter, the aroma was savoury chocolate fudge and fruits. Med-light bodied. The taste is tangy fudge, a little nutty and tart with some boozy heat going down. Alright but needs to keep improving. As it stands it is like a better than average homebrew.
