IdonteverEVERwanttoBU is the double dry-hopped version of our 9.3% 0 IBU DIPA IdonteverwanttoBU. Like the rest of the IBU series, this one is hopped intensely with Citra and Mosaic. This beer is one of the highest hopping rates we use. Almost 10lbs/bbl of hops in the total batch.

473ml can @ Pien, Helsinki. Sweet, heavy and slightly caramely malty with loads of juice, hints of fruits and tropical notes, hints of floral hops, no bitterness. Decent, but a bit unbalanced hop juice --- Beer merged from original tick of IdonteverEVERwanttoBU! on 20 Aug 2021 at 17:03 - Score: 7. Original review text: A bit too sweet and heavy

Sampled at Churchkey's FiftyFifty event, pours a murky gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is big with melon and mango, orange, vanilla. Flavor has melon, lots of flowers, orange. Finishes chalky.

Mango and green onion. Passion fruit. Murky orange pour with decent head and lacing. Hop tang finish. Great balance. Tap at brewery.

Can shared by Stacey on 12/31/17.
Heavily hazy, not quite soupy, bronze-maize-golden with a small, white head atop that steadily fizzles out.
Pine is oddly quite forward here, despite its claim at zero IBU. Lots of malt with definite alcohol undertones and though some sweet mango-lime character, not a lot of brightness or clarity. Seems yeast, hot, muddled/messy and just overly aggressive/over-the-top, as most Veil beers over 6-7% seem.
In the mouth it's decidedly mediocre, with too much sugar creating a rather sluggish texture. Hops are quite vague; nothing bright or balancing with no bitterness. Leads to a sharp finish full of alcohol and pine. Not good.

Fat mindre Mikkeler baren. Typ mindre syra. Jättegod

Tap@Mikkeller Vik, Copenhagen - Orange pour with white head. Fruity hits of tangerine and mango, with some pineapple and peach coming through, touch of yeast, medium juicy body, piney with some green hops into the hoppy medium bitter fruity close. --- Beer merged from original tick of IdonteverEVERwanttoBU! on 26 Mar 2025 at 06:51 - Score: 8

Pours a very hazy, golden-orange, with smallish head. Strong tropical fruit aromas, with some basement dankness, citrus, and hops. Flavor is very tropical fruit--pineapple, mango, etc.--with some alcohol- or hop-burn. Otherwise, the alcohol is pretty well hidden. Just a touch of sweetness and a nice bitter finish.
