Huge pine here, some grapefruit peel. Golden pour with decent head. Bitter finish. Great hops profile and good body. A little.lemon sure. Can.

Screw me for not checking the date before buying, 06-09-19, so either 8 or 11 months old.
Cloudy blond colour with a golden hue. It smells a bit creamy and buttery, just the age. Soft mouthfeel, soft grains, light to moderate bitterness with no hop character. Considering that it's not disgusting, I trust this one was fairly good when fresh.

Complexité assurée de l’olfactif avec agrumes, fruits à chair blanche, pamplemousse et noix de coco. Très peu commun. Grosse mousse densément crémeuse sur un liquide doré, voilé et fortement effervescent. Le puissant fruité à la noix de coco, au pamplemousse et aux fruits à chair blanche se répète à l’entrée de bouche et s’accompagne d’un accent boisé et terreux peu commun à ce style. Très particulier ce HBC 472. Ce n’est pas du tout le genre d’IPA que l’on est habitué de gouter. Mais elle demeure néanmoins très gouteuse et intéressante.

Canette 473ml. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme d'ananas, houblon fruité, levure. Goût de houblon résineux, amertume moyenne, pointe de noix de coco. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
