Quite dark in colour with ruby highlights, a fizzy, frothy deep red with pink hue head that dissipates quickly, leaving no lacing. A roasted malt base withs some caramel notes and the raspberries being upfront. Reminds me of some red wines. The taste has the same going one, milder, less sweet. A little sourness to blend this. A nice raspberry sour beer with a good roasted male base and some caramel malts balancing things.

Canette 473ml. Couleur rouge vin opaque, magnifique mousse mauve fugace. Arôme de framboise noire, agrumes, levure, pointe de malt torréfié. Goût de framboise noire, acidité moyenne, levure (oserais-je décelé le Kveik?), malt torréfié. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.
