Pours a clean, mid-golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some nice foamy lacing. Some good spicy maltiness with a little sweetness, and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is mid-bodied with some nice building dryness in the end. Cereal grain malts in the flavours with the spiciness and fresh herbal-grassy hops. Another great Pilsner from this brewery.

Sample 473ml can @ Dunham total take-over @ La Fruitière. Canned 18/05/2023.
Amertume plaisante.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold-yellow with a large, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves chunky patches of lace. Aroma of grainy malt, lemon rind and grassy hops. Flavour of cracker malt, lemon peel and spicy hops in a crisp, dry, bitter grass finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to tip back. An excellent Pils.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out a nice grassy hop bite, with crisp crackery malt, and gentle cereal graininess. Flavour is wonderfully biting, with a fresh, grassy, and somewhat spicy hop bite, crisp crackery malt, and light cereal. Super crisp, grassy and fresh. This is a high-calibre pils. Excellent.

Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Hazy blond with large and persistent head. Crisp malt base and dominant grassy hops; aroma is 7+, flavour is 7-; maybe a bit husky, and maybe some chicory, but overall it's a very solid Pilsner.

Hazy, dull straw colour, but with a decent head. The aroma is fairly hoppy, with a nice bit of spiciness to it. The malts are mellow, if a bit doughy. On the palate, the malts are again slightly doughy, the hops a bit spicy. Lowish bitterness although it does seem reasonably dry in the finish. Off-dry at least. Not bad, but pricey for a fairly ordinary pils - not nearly good enough to displace Persephone and S&O in my rotation.
