Hazy golden-yellow colour with an amber hue. White cap, good stay and leaving lots of dirty lacing. Lemon-orange zest aromas at first. Then, some grassiness with hints of honey. Flavours of the citrus peel again, with some nice building spiciness, dryness. Lot of dryness. Alcohol is well-hidden and goes down nicely.

16oz (thx, Alex M.-G.!) @ home. Appearance: cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma: dank, tropical fruits, some light creamy notes and booziness. Taste: along the same lines, crispy and dry. Overall: good one.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical notes with some light mango notes and citrus notes is quite enticing. Taste is also a mix of huge floral undertones of juicy tropical notes with some mango and light sharp alcohol notes can also be detected. Body is full with good carbonation with some apparent alcohol notes. Super enjoyable double IPA but fusel alcohol notes could be tone down.

Olfactif fruité avec pamplemousse à profusion, cocktail tropical et résine de houblon. Base maltée perceptible avec notes de grains. Bonne mousse rocailleuse qui persiste bien sur un liquide jaunâtre, flou et opaque. Fruité bien en évidence en bouche avec une douce chaleur d’alcool. Fruit de la passion, mangue et pamplemousse sont au rendez-vous sur un alcool bien perçu. Le fruité de la levure rajoute une belle complexité et la base maltée est moins en évidence qu’en olfactif. La finale est plutôt sèche, douce et sans amertume. L’alcool reste néanmoins étalé en arrière-bouche. Le corps est solide sur une texture assez douce et une effervescence moyenne. Beau fruité chaleureux et complexe. Solide NEIPA.
